One of our favorite and most sought after foraged items. Morels have a rich, earthy and nutty taste. Excellent in a cream sauce. Available fresh and dried. Early Spring April/May weather depending.
Available April/May the whole plant can be eaten raw, pickled or cooked. The leaves can be pickled or sauteed as a green. Enjoy steamed leeks drizzled with olive oil and seasoning. Shop our Wild Ramp Salt Here.
Elderflowers are typically ready in June/July and Elderberries in August. We will also be offering Elderberry Plant Starts for 2023.
For 2023 we will be offering mulberry jam as well as White Mulberry ( Morus Alba) Plants.
As these are wildcrafted, foraged foods, subject to weather and availability.
